Sales Terms and Conditions

1. ORDER PROCESSING

Most orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours of receipt. Once the order has been shipped, please allow 3 to 10 days for delivery, depending on the destination. Shipping is via Canada Post. It is possible that past one week before the tournament, new orders will only be processed a week after the event.

We accept a maximum of 25 identical items per basket.

2. RETURN POLICY

We want you to be fully satisfied with every item you purchase from our online store. If, for whatever reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will accept returns within 14 days of purchase if the following conditions are met:

• All items must be unworn or unused.
• All Items must be in their original packaging.
• You must include the original sales receipt or order number.

PLEASE NOTE:

• NO returns will be accepted on Black Friday or during the week following the event (end of November).
• Our same great Return Policy applies to items purchased on Clearance.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable.
• For purchases made using PayPal, returns can only be processed online and refunds will be credited directly to your PayPal account. We will not be able to process PayPal returns in store.

2-RETURN YOUR PURCHASE BY COURIER

Call or send us an email to request for a return authorization number. Once we have received the item(s), you will be reimbursed for the cost of the items purchased and the amount should appear on your credit card statement within 3 to 10 business days following this.

3. Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract (refund) within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third-party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (for example a letter sent by post, fax, or email). Our contact details can be found below.

4. Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you all payments received from you, except costs of delivery, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us or a person authorised by us to receive the goods, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Please note that there are some legal exceptions to the right to withdraw, and some items can therefore not be returned or exchanged. We will let you know if this applies in your particular case.
